SIP AND PAINT

I led my Craft Lab workshop (as mentioned in a previous event) with an exciting twist—it was accompanied by prosseco! This workshop allowed participants to explore new and different craft materials. Dispelling the myth that play is only for children, research demonstrates that adult play boosts creativity, reduces stress, and enhances problem-solving skills. It offers a chance to recharge, reflect, and move forward with renewed energy. Additionally, we celebrated the launch of @migrantmamas' book, adding even more joy to our gathering.
